Cancellation Policy

TARDINESS, LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS:

Ahead of your appointment, there are a few things to take note of;  

• Your first appointment reminder will be sent 72 hours prior. Please confirm it by using the link in the text / email reminder within the first 24 hours or risk it being cancelled.   

• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so within the first 24 hours of receiving your appointment reminder. Any later and you may incur a £10-£30 fee.   

• If you're running late, please call to advise us. Unfortunately, we can't hold your appointment any longer than 15 minutes.  

• No-shows will incur a £10-£30 fee [100% of the deposit paid].

At Kallys Hair,  we take privacy seriously and only use the information we collect  to provide and improve our services. We do not share or sell the information we  collect for any other purpose than providing the best possible service  for our clients. You may request a copy of information we  have recorded about you. You may also request we remove all identifiable  information with respect to yourself. As a matter of course, we will  delete your identifiable information if you have not undertaken business  with us after 2 years.
