TARDINESS, LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS:
Ahead of your appointment, there are a few things to take note of;
• Your first appointment reminder will be sent 72 hours prior. Please confirm it by using the link in the text / email reminder within the first 24 hours or risk it being cancelled.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so within the first 24 hours of receiving your appointment reminder. Any later and you may incur a £10-£30 fee.
• If you're running late, please call to advise us. Unfortunately, we can't hold your appointment any longer than 15 minutes.
• No-shows will incur a £10-£30 fee [100% of the deposit paid].
