Cancellation Policy

TARDINESS, LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS:

Please note the following important information regarding your appointment:

- A reminder will be sent one week prior to your appointment. Kindly confirm your attendance via the provided link within 3 days of receiving the reminder to avoid cancellation.

- Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your initial reminder to avoid forfeiture of money paid 

- If you are delayed, please contact us immediately. Regrettably, we can only accommodate a maximum of ten minutes’ tardiness.

- We have a no-refund policy for no-shows. 

REFUND POLICY:

Our commitment is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. If you are dissatisfied, we will gladly address any concerns at no additional cost, provided the issue is reported within three days of your initial appointment. Typically, the same stylist will assist you, but you may request a different stylist if desired. Please note that service fees are non-refundable.

For product returns, we will consider a refund if the item is returned undamaged in its original packaging within seven days of purchase. A restocking fee may apply for opened or used products. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

At KallysHair, we prioritize your privacy and use collected information solely to deliver and enhance our services. We do not share or sell your information for any purpose other than ensuring the highest quality service for our clients. You may request a copy of the information we have on record about you or ask that we delete all identifiable information related to you. As part of our standard practice, we will remove your identifiable information from our records if you have not engaged in business with us for two years.
